• Use our downloadable pet care schedule to organize feedings, walks, play time and cleaning with your family. Floors should be cleaned regularly with a Swiffer® WetJet® to break up and clean tough pet messes.
• Try using pet inspired stickers on your calendar as a reminder of routine pet-care like monthly flea and tick treatments or visits to the vet.
• When creating your schedule, assign each family member a certain task so the entire family is part of your pet's care plan.

• Consult your vet to determine the proper amount of food your pet should eat daily since this will depend on your pet's size, breed and personality.
• Use portion control for pets that tend to overeat to keep them from eating out of boredom.
• Refilling the water dish can cause pets to become excited-sloppily slurping up water that gets all over your floors. Use Swiffer® WetJet® to clean up spills better than a mop and bucket.

• Pets need attention and activity every day. When creating your pet care plan, make sure you're devoting time to play with your pet at least once a day.
• Take pets outside at least a couple times a week for outdoor activity. If they track in dirt and mud, use a Swiffer WetJet. Its cleaning solution dissolves messes and its absorbent pad traps and locks away layers of dirt and grime.
• Pet playtime doesn't have to include rough housing. Take pets on walks, play with toys or simply let them sit with you if you're busy and can't give them your full attention.
